Product Description
Penicillin inhibits bacterial cell-wall synthesis by preventing peptidoglycan linkage followed by the triggering of autolysins. Streptomycin inhibits prokaryote protein synthesis by preventing the transition from initiation complex to chain-elongating ribosome and causes miscoding. Amphotericin B interferes with fungal membrane permeability by forming channels in the membranes, causing molecule leakage. This solution works both as an anti-bacterial and an anti-fungal and is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as yeasts and other fungi.
