Product Description
The Bradford Protein Assay is a simple protocol for protein quantitation. It is designed to quantitate 1-10 µg/mL of protein, but can be scaled up by increasing the volume of dye and generating a standard curve for 10-100 µg/mL concentrations.
The Bradford Protein Assay Kit contains a Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 based Bradford Reagent, NaCl 150mM, and a BSA Standard of 0.5 mg/mL. All reagents are prepared using high purity, molecular biology grade raw materials.
