For the cultivation of nematodes like C. elegans. Contains: 0.25% Tryptone (2.5 g/L), 0.3% Sodium Chloride (NaCl) (3.0 g/L), 1.5% Agar, 1mM Calcium Chloride, 1mM Magnesium Sulfate, 25mM Potassium Phosphate (KPO4) pH 6.0, 5 ®µg/mL Cholesterol, 100 ®µg/ml Ampicillin-100, and IPTG.
